About the assignment

Two CRNA needs at a stroke-certified regional hospital in north-central Indiana, covering both inpatient and outpatient work on Epic. Coverage is supplemental and scheduled clinical hours only, with no admissions and no rounding.

The client's request type is permanent. They will work with us to negotiate a locum-to-perm arrangement, so if you want to try a place before committing to it, this is the assignment on the board where that conversation is already open with the facility.

The case mix is complete ortho, head and spine, neuro, pediatric and regional. No cardiac, no OB, no thoracic and no complex vascular. Trauma level 0 and peds level 0.

Credentialing runs about 75 days, temporary privileges are not available, and the facility will not reimburse licensing costs.

Practice model

You will not supervise advanced practice providers, and no resident or teaching supervision is required. Support staff supplied for the coverage: 1 RN, 1 MA and 2 office staff. Inpatient and outpatient are both in the setting, but you are not required to cover both.

Requirements

Licensure: Licensed in Indiana, or hold an IMLC. The facility will NOT reimburse costs associated with licensing.
Board certification: Board certified required; certification must be for the specialty on the assignment request
Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, BLS

Hospital/surgery center privileges are required, and temporary privileges are NOT available
